- Please contact us before sending anything back to us.
- Select items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be new, unused, free of hair or scent, and with the original packaging and tags still attached.
- Baby carriers can only be returned if brand new, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned/exchanged. The following items are not returnable: Personal hygiene items, body care products, jewelry, and some lunch items.
- We may refuse any returns that do not meet our terms and conditions.
- Unless it was our mistake, you are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. Insurance and tracking is recommended. We are not responsible for packages we do not receive. If you received free shipping when placing your order, that amount will be deducted from your refund total.
- The value of any freebies that are not returned with your order will be deducted from your refund at retail cost. Rewards points will be adjusted on returned items. If a purchase was made with a gift card, store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For damaged or defective items please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Each manufacturer handles product issues differently. We will help determined what you will need to do to resolve the issue.
- After 30 days, with proof of purchase from Mothering By Nature, contact us so we can help you with warranty information. Policies will vary with each company that we stock.
